The best lighting is the kind you do not have to think about.
Smart lights in the kitchen, another app for the living room, and heating that has never met the window sensor. Each system has something to offer. Together, they may still give you more work than necessary. Those are exactly the gaps we address.
Different interfaces. One everyday life.
A room is more than a light fitting. Switches, blinds, thermostats and presence, temperature and air-quality sensors work together to create useful comfort. We assess the existing equipment and plan which information and functions should actually interact.
Depending on the installation, wireless options include Zigbee, Z-Wave and Matter. A KNX system can connect through a suitable KNX/IP interface, while supported Shelly devices can connect directly over the local network. ESPHome can add suitable custom sensors.
Existing systems such as Philips Hue, Innr or DALI lighting can remain part of the concept. The exact models, interfaces and any gateways required determine what is possible. Electrical planning and installation work are carried out by authorised specialist businesses.
A window contact can influence heating demand, a presence sensor can inform lighting, and an air-quality reading can prompt you to ventilate at the right time. We establish which data is available locally and where a manufacturer’s cloud is involved for each function.
Here is how that could feel.
- In the morning: The route to the coffee machine lights up gently. The room follows your agreed comfort schedule.
- When airing a room: A suitable window sensor reduces heating demand. Once the window closes, the controller returns to the appropriate state.
- In the evening: A scene brings different lights, shading and your preferred atmosphere together.
- At night: Orientation lighting rather than floodlights. Motion or presence signals are interpreted according to the time and ambient light.
Automation with common sense.
Good automation respects manual choices. If you select a scene at a wall switch, you should not have to argue with the house seconds later. Together, we define priorities, time windows and understandable exceptions.
The result includes tested routines, labelled controls and a clear description of what the system does. We document which parts run locally and continue working during an internet outage.
We connect what belongs together, and leave out what would only add another app.
