One contact for the way everything works together.

Smart homes and networks touch many areas. Electrical planning, wiring, setup, programming and controls need to fit together. We structure the technical project and coordinate the agreed interfaces, both in new buildings and during upgrades to occupied properties.

Start with a clear picture of what exists.

A structured survey records rooms, devices, connections and known functions. We organise photos and documents, maintain an equipment register and flag unanswered questions. Cataloguing means more than making a shopping list: every important component gets an understandable place in the overall system.

Planning that helps on site, too.

  • Goals and scope: Define the functions wanted, responsibilities and the limits of the work.
  • Existing equipment and inventory: Bring devices, rooms, connections and available documents into a clear structure.
  • Interfaces: Agree with the trades involved who will provide what, and when.
  • Milestones: Coordinate materials, test setups, installation, commissioning and handover.
  • Decisions: Record approvals, changes, open items and their effects in a way people can follow.

Documentation is a project deliverable.

Depending on the agreed scope, this may include network plans, equipment and port lists, room assignments, function descriptions, configuration backups, test records and user guidance. We agree beforehand which documents are needed and how they will be delivered.

A shared project repository brings the current information together. Access follows responsibilities. Passwords belong in a suitable protected handover, rather than an openly accessible inventory list.

Handover with a clear view.

We test agreed functions against real routines and document open items. An introduction covers everyday use and sensible manual adjustments. The project record becomes the foundation for maintenance and future extensions.

The installation should make sense after handover, including to someone who was not there when it was installed.
